The gap

Most businesses haven't started.

When the Census Bureau asks businesses why they haven’t adopted AI, the top answers aren’t about cost — they’re about not seeing what it can build, and not knowing where to start.

61.6%think AI doesn't apply to their business
22.0%say they lack the knowledge to start
6.9%say it costs too much
2.8%point to regulation
Reasons businesses give for not adopting AI — U.S. Census Bureau, Business Trends and Outlook Survey.
What you can build

Six kinds of thing, one way of working.

The same rhythm every time: describe it, build it, check it, deploy it. Once you’ve done it once, the rest is repetition.

DocumentsProposals, quotes, intake forms and reports that draft themselves from your data.
AppsSmall internal apps for your team — no app store, no per-seat pricing, no hiring.
WebsitesFast, modern sites you can edit yourself on a Tuesday night.
Reports & dashboardsDashboards that refresh themselves and tell you what changed.
AutomationsHand the repetitive half of your week to something that never forgets.
AgentsAssistants that answer, summarize and act on your behalf — on a schedule, without you.
The point of all this

Learn. Build. Automate. Save.

Most of the software you pay for monthly is a day of building away. Here’s the trade you’re actually making.

How the day works

Three builds. Then they go live.

Nobody leaves with notes. Everybody leaves with a working thing.

1A document machineProposals, quotes, intake forms, reports — the highest-value repetitive work in your week.
2An internal toolThe thing your spreadsheet-plus-subscription combo is doing badly.
3An agentSomething that runs on a schedule without you.
4DeployedOff your laptop and somewhere it actually runs — the step every free course skips, and why free courses don't stick.
The Build Day

One day. In person. Lehi. Lunch provided.

Bring a laptop and one subscription invoice you resent paying. You’ll build its replacement — and two other things — before 4:30. Not local? The free session runs as a live online webinar too.

Who it's for

This day has a specific person in mind.

This is for you if
  • You run a business with 10 to 100 people — a practice, a trade, a shop, a firm
  • You pay for more software than you can list from memory
  • You've tried ChatGPT, found it interesting, and haven't changed anything about how you work
  • You're the person who can decide to do something on Tuesday and have it done by Friday
This isn’t for you if
  • You want it built for you. That’s a different conversation, and we do that too — but it isn’t this
  • You're looking for a certificate
  • You want to talk about whether AI is going to take everyone's jobs. Fair question. Wrong room
Why us

Built by people who run AI in production.

No testimonials wall, no borrowed logos — just four things that are true and checkable today.

Running AI in production since 2022Claude4Me is the education arm of RunDiffusion. We've been building and operating AI systems in production since 2022 — before most of today's AI tools existed. This isn't theory we read about last month.
This website is the demoEvery page here — code, hosting, image pipeline, deploy — was built the way we teach, with AI, in a day. It costs about a sandwich a month to run. The method sells itself because you're looking at it.
Prices on the pageThe Build Day is $497 and it says so right here. Almost nobody in this category publishes a price — we do, because 'we tell you what things cost' is the whole point of the curriculum.
A guarantee with a clock on itBuild something that works by 4:30, or the day is free. We can offer that because the method works in a room of thirty, not just in a demo video.
The site as the demo

This website was built in a day

Not as a flex. As the syllabus.

Every page here — the code, the hosting, the image pipeline, the deploy — was built the way we’ll teach you to build. It runs on Cloudflare Workers. It cost about the price of a sandwich to put online. It took a day.

The build log — every prompt we used, what worked, what came out wrong, what we threw away — is coming soon. The mistakes are the useful part.

The free playbook

What’s in it

Twenty-four pages: the audit, the builds worth doing first, and the real costs of owning your tools instead of renting them.

  1. 01The subscription audit. A worksheet that totals what you actually pay every month and what each thing actually does. Most people find something they forgot they were buying.
  2. 02The three things worth building first. Not everything should be built. These three are where a small business gets paid back fastest.
  3. 03A build you can follow along with. Step by step, with screenshots, using tools that exist today. You'll have a working thing at the end of it.
  4. 04What it costs to run. Real numbers on what you pay to own software instead of rent it — including the parts nobody mentions.
  5. 05What breaks. Where AI gets things wrong, what it costs when it does, and how to check its work.
We’ll email you the playbook and about one useful thing a week. Unsubscribe whenever. We don’t sell your email — we don’t even have a way to.
Questions

The things people ask first

Straight answers, no sales call.

A meaningful part of it, yes. Documents, internal tools, reports, dashboards, and automations — the seats and add-ons that stack up on your card every month — are all buildable today by a non-programmer working with AI. Your accounting system of record isn't the target; the half-dozen tools bolted on around it are.
No. If you can describe what you want in plain English and you're willing to be patient the first time, you can do this. The whole point is that the barrier moved.
Yes. We run live online webinars with the same rule as everything else we do: you build something real before you log off. The full Build Day is in person in Lehi, Utah — and worth the trip — but the sessions and the playbook work from anywhere.
Claude — Anthropic's AI — plus modern AI coding tools, deployed on infrastructure that costs a few dollars a month to run. It's the same stack that built this website in a day.
Yes — Anthropic, Google, and the U.S. Chamber all give it away, and it's genuinely good. It teaches you what AI is. This teaches you to build and deploy a specific working thing that replaces a specific bill you're paying. Different job.
A laptop, and one subscription invoice you resent paying last month.
Nothing we build in the room touches patient data — we work on templates, public documents, and internal process. The compliance conversation is real and we'll have it honestly, but it isn't a reason to skip the day.
That's what the 30-day plan is for. If you want ongoing help, RunDiffusion does that — but nobody's going to sell you anything on the day.
Capped at 30. Past that nobody finishes a build.
Usually a few dollars a month, sometimes less. We'll show you the real numbers, including the ones that surprise people.

Yes — that's RunDiffusion, and it's a separate conversation. Come to the day first anyway. You'll be a much better client for having built something yourself.
